U.S. Marine Charged With Killing Transgender Woman
The Philippine government has filed murder charges against Marine Pvt Pfc. Joseph Scott Pemberton in the killing of Jennifer Laude, formerly Jeffrey Laude.

Prosecutor Emily de los Santos said there was “probable cause” that …Pemberton killed Jennifer Laude…in a motel room where the victim’s body was found in October in Olongapo city, northwest of Manila. She had apparently been drowned in a toilet bowl.
“It’s murder,” De los Santos told reporters after filing the non-bailable charge against the 19-year-old Pemberton before a regional court. “It was aggravated by treachery, abuse of superior strength and cruelty.”
The case reignited a debate over custody of American military personnel accused of crimes. But the looming irritant between the treaty allies over Pemberton’s custody was eased after Washington agreed to move him from a U.S. warship to the Philippine military’s main camp in metropolitan Manila, where he remained under American custody with an outer ring of Filipino guards.Pemberton, who has not been seen in public, would have to appear during court arraignment, De los Santos said, urging loved ones of the victim, who doubted whether the Marine was still in the country, to attend to see him for the first time.[su_csky_ad]

I didn’t see the Christian part in the story, but they’re all guilty of murder anyhow.
May as well lock them all up, too.
Or at least the white ones.
And who needs a trial?
The evidence against them all is so overwhelming we can go ahead and start arguing from the particular to the general in other cases as well…

A Marine is overwhelmingly likely to be christian. We have allowed a christian military by the open and aggressive proselytizing that is carried out by higher ranking soldiers, marines and officers, from basic training to the military academies.
I can guarantee that he is no atheist!

I am appropriately outraged.
Just like the Cleveland po-lice, obviously this means all U.S. Marines are guilty of murder. We need to go ahead and lock them all up NOW before they kill again.
