[su_right_ad]Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani accuses President Obama of engaging in “propaganda” causing people to “hate the police.”

“We’ve had four months of propaganda starting with the president that everybody should hate the police,” Giuliani said during an appearance on Fox News early Sunday. “The protests are being embraced, the protests are being encouraged. The protests, even the ones that don’t lead to violence, a lot of them lead to violence, all of them lead to a conclusion: The police are bad, the police are racist. That is completely wrong.”Giuliani said he did not agree with statements like those from Pat Lynch, the president of the largest police union in New York City, who said the current New York City mayor, Bill de Blasio (D), had blood on his hands.

“I think it goes to far to blame the mayor for the murder or to ask for the mayor’s resignation,” Giuliani said.

“I feel bad for the mayor,” Giuliani continued. “He must be heartbroken over the loss of two police officers. I can’t believe this is what he wanted. I don’t think he’s a bad man in any way.”

But, Giuliani said, de Blasio is “pursuing the wrong policies” and should not have given protesters demonstrating against the police killings of Eric Garner and Michael Brown as much leeway.

So we shouldn’t blame the mayor, but let’s blame President Obama. Riiight.

Why does it have to be an absolute? Can’t we be concerned about the safety of law enforcement as well as acknowledging the systemic profiling and abuse by law enforcement and the judicial system in persons of color. I’m no genius but I can manage more than a single priority – it’s ridiculous to believe I am unique in this aspect.

The only propaganda that is being spewed is coming out of the ass/mouth of Giuliani, he’s a world class Ahole.

  4. tiredoftea December 22nd, 2014 at 12:26 pm

No, Rudy, people don’t hate the police, just their extreme, shoot first, tactics in neighborhoods where they act like an occupying force.

  5. fahvel December 22nd, 2014 at 1:07 pm

simple solution is to eliminate the right to protest, beat them all down with fire hoses and mustard gas and while they are prevented from expression, claim the wonders of american democracy – Giuliani is an ass – even his old city, the New York of lore, no longer exists.

Rudy needs to STFU. I’m sick and tired of his right wing comments where everything is Obama’s fault!

  7. cecilia December 22nd, 2014 at 1:39 pm

oh, come on, Rudi, that’s just retarded.

there’s only ONE person to blame for these deaths and that’s the wacka-doodle that shot the cops.

Seems guilianni is advocating to strip the rights of Americans, free speech and assembly seems to apply only to teabaggers. Let’s ask gabby who is responsible for her shooting, and what is this calling for hate against the President if not dangerous and wrong

This is a common theme for the wing-nuts in the media. They only take credit for something when it is good and people approved. But, when something’s wrong, they pawn off whatever excuse they can muster from these horrible events, without ever having own their reasons for it. They think it’s being sneaky and excuses them from any criticism, I think it’s one of the ugliest aspects of their racism.

Boy, did America ever dodge a bullet by not electing this nut when he ran for the presidency.

And of course we’re all lining up to hear what this loser has to say. He’s such a deadbeat, his own kids didn’t even vote for him.
