Justine Herring is facing a charge of felony domestic violence after she reportedly pointed an AR-15 rifle at a man and threatened him with it in a downtown Colorado Springs public park…
The 48-year-old-enough-to-know-better candidate in Colorado was arrested on Monday after pointing the rifle at a man during a fight, according to the Denver Post.
Herring has a criminal history of misdemeanor offenses, including driving under the influence and domestic violence, according to records.
“Bad publicity is better than no publicity,” Herring posted on Facebook in November, and now her wish is granted.

Her “2nd Amendment Remedy” for solving disputes backfired on her, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all if many in Colorado Springs vote for her anyway. After all, former U.S. Rep. Grimm was re-elected even though most in his district knew he’d been indicted on felony tax evasion charges.

first off, anyone who gets arrested for a DUI should be disqualified for being able to purchase a gun! this crazy female, if she had pulled the trigger, could have missed or hit a by-stander.
