A Shelby County, Tennessee, deputy allegedly rubbed a 2-year-old child’s face in urine, and the father is furious.

[su_center_ad]Over winter break when the kids were staying with their mother, the incident reportedly happened, according to WMC Action News.

The family had been potty training 2-year-old Reid and asked his siblings how it went over the break.

“They said that Reid had an accident, that his diaper leaked or whatever happened, but pee got on the carpet,” Mike Butler recalled. “He grabbed the back of his neck and he forced him to the carpet and rubbed his face in the urine stained spot of the carpet much like you would train a dog. And I was just absolutely floored.”

Mr. Butler is referring to Shelby County Sheriff Deputy Brian Hoard, the boyfriend of the child’s mother, the police report states.

Butler’s other children witnessed the incident and saw their mother argue with Hoard after the fact.

“To find out somebody that is not their parent has done something like this to your child. It’s hard to hear,” Butler said.

“If this somehow helps prevent this from happening to another kid, then awesome, something positive has come out of this negative situation,” Butler said.

Hoard has been placed on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

not only that, but while i applaud (small clap) the mother for getting into it with this creap, it would have been nice to hear that the children also relayed to their father, that the mother then threw his ass out of the house. no way in hell, would i ever let anyone, even the father of my child, treat my baby that way. there would certainly be hell to pay for that.

I wonder if the child’s mother is making the move with her “man”. Oh and I didn’t rub my puppy’s face in the carpet when she was training but that’s just me.
