Headlines are nice but, a little more info would be even better…It sure would be fabulous, at the very least, if we had a link to the story….

I just tweeted Anomaly that info.

    Needs a link…but the story is around…

A Republican S.C. House member wants to know about the “personal relationship” that would-be state judges have with the “Supreme Being,” whether they would perform a gay marriage and how they would rule if a woman sued for equal pay.

Leave it to RWNJ’s to know more about the Bible than the Constitution…Candidates for judgeship’s are barred ethically from responding to many if not all, of the questions.

So, as usual, it just a waste of paper…too bad a couple trees had to die….:(

Aren’t judges supposed to only interpret the law – outside of any personal preferences? Exactly what good would any questionnaire do?

It would weed out the gay sympathizers, godless Atheists, perverts (same as the first two really), ones who like the Colored, and Mooseleems…all very dangerous to the imagination of the folks in South Carolina

I sure hope it weeds people out like me
I would be more then happy to give them a law class they wont soon forget

I have a feeling you’re exactly the kind of fancy pants they’re trying to weed out…(you sound like you might have finished the 5th grade)
Enter at your own risk though, that kind of stupidity is as contagious as the zombie apocalypse and if you come back here looking for brains we’ll have to blow your a$$ away and finish you off with a flame thrower…you’ve been warned.
