[su_right_ad]She spoke on UK television about seeing her attacker convicted.

28-year-old Adele Barber was walking home from a doctor’s appointment on January 5th of last year when she was suddenly assaulted by 28-year-old Ferdinand Manila.

“He tried to kiss me and forced his tongue in my mouth.

“I thought this has left him vulnerable, I’m just going to bite down as hard as I can and it will show it’s not consensual in any way shape or form, get as much DNA as I can and try and cause enough pain to get this guy off me,” Barber told the hosts of ITV’s This Morning.

Maybe Don Lemmon’s comment on the woman using her teeth as a defense against Bill Cosby’s oral rape wasn’t so bad.

I could make a tongue in cheek joke here but it would be in bad taste.

That takes a lot of guts. That guy won’t try to force his tongue in any other woman’s mouth.

I hear there is a Doctor Tung in China that has a revolutionary procedure that could re-attach it.

A million years ago, when my kids were little we bought a family lifetime membership to a local AKKA center. All three kids took lessons for several years, the boys did better than Natalie who stuck it our for about 4 years. She probably can’t recall any of the specifics, but the one thing she took away from the class was how to overcome the initial fear and inhibition. Women, more than men tend to hesitate instead of reacting. Self-defense courses teach us to jab an attacker in the eyeball, to scream as loud as they can and make a scene. Women hesitate – thanks to the classes – Natalie never hesitates. I have no idea what it cost us back then, but it was worth every penny.

Too many girls pick up cues that they’re helpless and weak when indeed they are not! They don’t understand that even in their home or at someone’s else’s that just about everything IS a weapon if needed. I learned how to entertain in my kitchen while young..it’s my “safe” room.
