Utah Lawmaker Not Sure If Sex With An Unconscious Is Rape

… Representative Brian Greene voiced his concerns. He wasn’t sure that having sex with an unconscious person should always count as rape. Green said the sex with an unconscious person seemed like rape to him in a “first date scenario” but questioned having a bright line rule for married couples or other individuals with a prior relationship.
Greene clarified for the committee that he was “not at all trying to justify sexual activity with an unconscious person.”
Greene was not alone in his concerns. Representative LaVar Christensen said always counting sex with an unconscious person as rape would make the definition too “broad.”

anytime a man attempts to have sex with his “sleeping” wife, she will wake up and either particpate or push him off. anytime a man successfully has sex with his “sleeping” wife and she doesn’t wake up she’s ” unconscious” and that means she’s unaware of what he’s doing to her, that’s rape. it has happened before, where he did things she would never have done (drugged) not sleep and on multiple occassions.

Nope, you idiots need to understand what consent means. If a wife or girlfriend presses rape charges against you, you can be sure that the relationship is broken and you DID force yourself, rape her to exert dominance
