[su_right_ad]Oh, and he hates Israel, but worships the teleprompter, claims Mike Huckabee.

“This president has a high horse himself — it’s his teleprompter,” Huckabee said. “What was shocking about this speech: this wasn’t an ad lib, off the cuff remark. This was scripted….

“Everything he does is against what Christians stand for, and he’s against the Jews in Israel,” Huckabee said. “The one group of people that can know they have his undying, unfailing support would be the Muslim community.”

And not only that. “He said our greatest threat was climate change!” Huckabee continued. “I assure you that a beheading is much worse than a sunburn. This president couldn’t watch a western from the ’50s and know the difference between the good guys and the bad guys, even if John Wayne was starring in the film.”

If I was watching a western from the 1950’s, I would think the good guys would be pretty easy to identify.

The good guys would be the people who ancestors lived on this continent for thousands of years before a bunch of illegal immigrants with super weaponry stole their land.

In The Searchers, John Wayne played a genocidal racist obsessed with the sexual purity of white girls.

I guess Huckleberry thinks he was the good guy.

Christians are against; healthcare, food stamps, education, think torture is okay, the death penalty, rape, domestic violence, forced birthing…..is this what Huckabee is saying?

I’ve always thought it odd that people who seem to be so in favor of the death penalty also seem to follow someone who was wrongfully executed.

    GROUCHO MARX
    I’m Against It Lyrics
    [Groucho]
I don’t know what they have to say,
    It makes no difference anyway,
Whatever it is, I’m against it.
No matter what it is or who commenced it,
    I’m against it.
    Your proposition may be good,
But let’s have one thing understood,
Whatever it is, I’m against it.
And even when you’ve changed it or condensed it,
    I’m against it.
    I’m opposed to it,
On general principle, I’m opposed to it.
    [chorus] He’s opposed to it.
In fact, indeed, that he’s opposed to it!
    [Groucho]
For months before my son was born,
I used to yell from night to morn,
Whatever it is, I’m against it.
And I’ve kept yelling since I first commenced it,
    I’m against it!

I like calling AF-1 a ‘flying palace’ myself, due to some relatives in Asia stating POTUS Obama appeared more like a KING instead of an Hawaiian POTUS with an excellent Maui tan. It surely is a piece of luxury flying equipment for sure. It’s as if the designers had POTUS Obama in mind when they had it built. They compliment each other so completely. I’m one for giving it to Barrack as a parting gift from the grateful American people – with 3 complete crews on standby and free fuel and maintenance for life. That way, if he opted to go to SE Asia again, folks there would think we still had a King instead of Empress Hillary.

Funny thing about those constant un-employment extensions. Since they have ended people actually did finally have to go out and get jobs, any jobs, and they did.

      • arc99 February 9th, 2015 at 11:52 pm

Yes we now have an economy where there are jobs for people who need them.

Frankly I doubt that you would be questioning the unemployment numbers if we had a Republican President. Remember this? The President accomplished this in half the time that candidate Romney said he would do the same thing. Still you right wingers whine.

If you right wingers had any honesty at all, you would have grilled Romney on that “real” unemployment you claim is 15% and would have demanded to know why he would not reduce it to 2-3%

But no, you all swooned when Romney promised 6%. It is less than that under President Obama but suddenly that is not good enough.

Just another day of the never-ending hypocrisy of right wing America.

        http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/229137-romney-promises-to-lower-unemployment-to-6-percent-in-first-term

Romney vows to lower unemployment rate to 6 percent by end of first term

        • Dwendt44 February 10th, 2015 at 1:12 pm

With 5 million jobs added to the economy things are looking up for those seeking work. Cutting off unemployment benefits doesn’t make jobs magically appear before you. At least not in this world.

  13. Tim Coolio February 9th, 2015 at 9:36 pm

    Sorry Mike but:
OBAMA HAS TWO MORE YEARS LEFT IN HIS PRESIDENCY!
I hope he doesn’t cut unemployment in half again,
or double the stock market again,
    or topple any more dictators,
or wipe out Al Qaeda’s leadership again,
or save any more American industries,
or send Russia’s economy into the tank again,
or cut gas prices in half again,
or give the middle class another tax cut,
    that would really hurt……..the republicans!

    • John Tarter February 9th, 2015 at 11:15 pm

Ah, last time I heard Al Qaeda IS NOT on the run and ISIS IS NOT the JV team. The Middle East is on fire because of Obama’s policies. As for Russia, things were “reset” all right, to our detriment and with the Russians now having their way in the Ukraine. There are more people completely out of the workforce and if they were counted the unemployment rate would be 15%. Middle class tax cut? Where? My healthcare costs more as does food, wages are stagnant and st about everything else is more expensive. And did I forget to mention that the national debt is up 8 trillion dollars since the Bamster took office?

      • whatthe46 February 9th, 2015 at 11:32 pm

lying and b.s. comes so easy to you doesn’t it?

      • arc99 February 9th, 2015 at 11:41 pm

You right wingers are so full of BS it is pathetic. You whine about the Ukraine as if the situation would be one iota different if Romney had been elected. Then in the very next breath you whine about the national debt which involvement in the Ukraine would only increase.

The baby boom generation, the largest in our republic’s history is retiring, so of course there are more people out of the workforce, and your 15% claim about real unemployment is bullsh*t.

It is not the President’s fault that corporations enjoying record profits and shareholder value are allowing wages to stagnate. Of course if the President proposed any measures to require wages to keep track with corporate profits, you and the rest of the right wing noise machine would be whining about socialist tyranny.

Our kids and grandkid are on the hook for paying for the $1trillion+ war for weapons that did not exist and here you are ranting about the Ukraine. Funny how you right wingers never talk about the cost when it comes to killing people but squeal like stuck pigs over every penny spent right here at home to help people.

      • arc99 February 9th, 2015 at 11:45 pm

the unemployment rate has been determined by calculation formulas in place since the Nixon administration and used by every administration since then.

so typical of you right wing hypocrites, now that President Obama is in office, suddenly what was just fine for every previous President is now some sort of nefarious dishonest scheme.

        you people are ridiculous.

      • Dwendt44 February 10th, 2015 at 1:10 pm

Al Qaeda is a shadow of it’s former self and aside from their comments, we haven’t heard or seen much from them. ISIL was thought to be the JV in the beginning; things change. Unless you want to put American troops on the ground over there, and few Americans want to do that, bombing and aid to our allies in the region is about all we can do at the moment. Just ignore reports that ISIL is losing members through desertion and their recruiting efforts aren’t having as much success as they used to early on.

    I have these dreams, y’see?
    Last night’s was a doozy.
I dreamed I was coming home from the grocery store and parked by my back door and went around and dropped the tail gate of my truck to get all the groceries out of there. I was going back and forth putting the bags on the porch by the door. I leaned in to get the last item, a banana cream pie, the size of a large pizza. I was holding that rascal with one hand under the middle and backed away from the back of my truck and turned around and there was Huckabee, standing there in a navy blue suit, holding a microphone and a film crew in the background when I did the first thing to come to mind…..

NO ONE has supported radical Islam more than Republicans in general over that last 70 years, from Eisenhower supporting Saeed Ramahdan, of the Muslim Brotherhood to Reagan supporting Zia and creating al Qaeda and teaching them how to bring down a super power

      Remember the BCCI??

Remember Pakistani President Benazir Bhutto, telling George H. W. Bush, “You are creating a jihadi Frankenstein.”???

Remember Bush in bed with Shafiq bin Ladin ,Salem bin Ladin, , James Bath and Sheik Khalid bin Mahfouz, Sami Al-Arian, ,( under investigation by the FBI for his associations with Islamic Jihad), Abdullah Shallah, the No. 2 leader in Islamic Jihad, and Hassan Turabi the powerful Islamic ruler of Sudan who had welcomed Osama bin Laden and helped nurture al-Qaida in the early 1990s.

Obama followed protocol with the King (the Saudis hate Obama, by the way), while BushCheney did personal business with them and gave them everything they wanted.

Obama followed protocol with the King, Bush told Prince Bandar (aka Bandar Bush) about the war on Iraq before his own Sec of State knew.

Once again, the truth is usually diametrically opposite the stories that come from the Right Wing Echo Chamber.

Bush did more than bow, although he did that as well. He held hands and smooched him some Saudi. I thought they were going to have to get a room.

In addition, Obama’s first chief of staff was Jewish, and he was the first to appoint an Orthodox Jew to a Cabinet post.

I’d also like to point out that Obama received a huge amount of the Jewish vote in both of the past two elections. American Jews seem to like Obama just fine.
