[su_right_ad]Congressman Scott Perry of Pennsylvania can’t agree to give President Obama authorization to use military force because he sides with our enemies.

And in that context, how do you vote to give this commander-in-chief the authority and power to take action when…you know in your heart that, if past performance is any indicator of future performance, that he won’t, and that he actually might use it to further their cause and what seems to be his cause and just drag you as a complicitor [sic] in it,” he said.

Freedom of speech is one thing but this smacks of TREASON. This talk will not stop till people are held accountable for this disrespect of the President of the United States.

agree about the treason thing but what if any of these sub speed limit IQ’s are totally ignored – not even told the time of day – eliminated from the gene pool – oops, here I go agreeeeeeingggg with Mike.

Treason is the only crime that is explicitly defined in the United States Constitution.

    “”Article 3 Section 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.””

Any competent prosecutor should be able to demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that public declarations ruling out giving the Commander in Chief the necessary authority to defend this country against a specific enemy, certainly qualifies as providing aid and comfort to that enemy.

As far as the act being witnessed by two witnesses, thanks to the video, I think we have that requirement covered.

I see nothing in the Constitution where the first amendment protects anyone’s “right” to free speech includes providing aid and comfort.

Yes, of course Obama wants the authority to rain more death and destruction on his pals. Isn’t that the way friendship works? He was best buds with Osama Bin Laden so, that’s why he sent in Seal Team 6 to kill him. Dubya hated Bin Laden, and that’s why he played golf instead of hunting him down.

    • Roctuna February 12th, 2015 at 6:51 pm

      Stop with the logic already!

  6. Maxx44 February 12th, 2015 at 5:09 pm

Did a bunch of Louie Gohmert’s constituents move from Texas to the PA 4th? Or are the loons multiplying in GOP land?

  7. Mainah February 12th, 2015 at 5:36 pm

Um, drag us into what exactly? So, just let me get this straight … Obama has been helping our enemy, apparently drone bombings is a plus for them, and by giving him the authority to attack them, we’re somehow committing inaction? Did he attend the Sarah Palin school of Gibberish and Salad Tossing?
BAAHAAHAAHAAHAA!!! That guy must be smokin’ some real potent chronic.

    • Mike February 12th, 2015 at 7:32 pm

He looks like a true American to me…look at the size of his flag lapel! Most likely made in China with a larger volume than his brain.

With all of the delusional wipes in congress I’m surprised it hasn’t started a national mental health crises. But aside from that, the lies and outrageous claims from the presidents hatemongering critics have become a strange form of acceptance and acknowledgement to participate in the GOP.

    • Mike February 12th, 2015 at 10:58 pm

Yea, like a “prove you’re one of us” thing where you have to say something more insane than the last idiot.
