[su_right_ad]And his wife now wants a restraining order.

Framingham Police arrested Timothy Arbour, 24, around 9 p.m., about 11 hours after the alleged bagel assault against his 2-month-old son at Arbour’s 716A Waverly St., apartment.

The child’s mother, testifying during a restraining order hearing on Friday in Framingham District Court, told Judge David Cunis that she arrived home from work early Thursday morning and she woke up Arbour, angering him.

The infant began crying and Arbour “became really mad,” the child’s mother told the judge. When they discovered the baby had urinated through its diaper and got the bed wet, Arbour threw the bagel he was eating at the infant, hitting the baby in his stomach, the mother said…

Police arrested Arbour and charged him with aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a bagel) and assault and battery. He posted $750 bail after his arrest.

I can’t imagine someone throwing a bagel at a two month old. But I’ve seen in the news a lot lately, these really young guys throwing their infants. Walk outside. Call someone. Hit yourself, if you feel the need to injure. Then get some anger management skills.

So this idiot throws a bagel at a baby and gets arrested but multiple adults leave loaded weapons around the house, the kid gets their hands on it, kills someone and no one is charged? I do not condone what this ass did, I could never hit anyone let alone a baby, but come on, effen guns are left loaded and nothing happens when someone is killed.

Throwing anything at an infant is a very bad sign…next he might throw the infant, pull his gun, or whatever.
