Nobody can be born this dumb. I am certain that it just had to require an operation. Texas State Representative Debbie Riddle, a woman frighteningly over-concerned with your genitals, filed a bill in the Texas House that says … … anyone over the age of 13 in a public facility of “a gender that is not…

Couldn’t read the story yet, but I’m wondering if this means Texas law enforcement will be inspecting private parts in public restrooms. Does it apply to people who’ve had the surgery?

X-ray machines and guard posts and towers and lots of cameras.

Too many politicians are way too much concerned over other peoples genitals to the point of it becoming an obsession. And that…… is just weird.

so a transgender is sent to jail for a year for using a public restroom of their gender orientation?

Does Texas still have separate gender incarceration facilities?

Do transgenders have any US Constitutional Rights?

Wasn’t a congressman in another state looking at this, or is this the same one? According to him, you had to use the bathroom that corresponded to your birth certificate or be arrested on some trumped up perversion charge. He was deluded on FB with angry comments. Included was a transgendered male, who looked very male, who asked the women if they wanted him using their bathroom. It was a far more persuasive argument than all the taunts the rest of us threw at the congressman. Bruce Jenner in my bathroom doesn’t scare me. GOP congressmen standing outside the door doing a gender check is what scares me.
