Missouri’s Felons Can Now Have Guns
[su_center_ad]Anomaly at FreakOutNation explains:
It all started in 2014, when the Missouri General Assembly asked voters to approve a constitutional amendment that said “the right to keep and bear arms is an unalienable right” in the state.
Law enforcement officials warned that this would open a door for felons to possess guns.
But never mind all that. Voters approved the measure anyway, because freedom.
On Friday, a circuit judge in St. Louis ruled that the constitutional amendment can’t prohibit a felon from possessing a gun.

It would have been better if they had legalized pot (sales, and growing) instead of guns. I can’t wait for the carnage to happen.

When you’re stoned, it’s hard to get p*ssed enough at someone to shoot him.

what the heck is wrong with Missouri anyway, with all the news
coming out of there lately, it sounds like the state is falling apart.
hell, why stop at felons ? why surely there must some mentally disturbed
folks just itching for some second amendment remedies too.

This is NOT true!! Felons do NOT have ANY civil rights and thus fall outside of the protection afforded from the Constitution and our Bill of Rights

Slow down people, the Missouri law does NOT mean Felons can now own firearms.
What it does say is that non-violent felony offenders can apply to have their civil rights restored at the completion of their sentence (IE off of parole or complete a jail term)
