[su_thin_right_skyscraper_ad]Anomaly at FreakOutNation reports on a University of Oklahoma fraternity caught on video singing a racist chant on a chartered bus.

An excerpt of the chant, which includes suggesting a lynching:

There will never be a n***er SAE
There will never be a n***er SAE
You can hang ‘em from a tree

The Oklahoma Daily reports:

The video shows men on a charter bus singing a chant indicating that black students, which the men refer to with a racial slur in the chant, could not “sign” with the fraternity. The chant also alluded to lynchings.

Although Interfraternity Council President Payne Parker did not confirm whether OU’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity members were the men depicted in the video, he did say IFC would conduct an investigation.

“The OU Interfraternity Council does not tolerate any of the behavior shown in the video,” Parker said in an email.

Thanks–I had forgotten about him. I just don’t get why ANY minority would want to be in or vote for the GOP.

Looks like they are ‘taking their country back’ one college kid mind at a time…

    • granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:47 am

must be a mind when it’s on racism?

  3. fahvel March 9th, 2015 at 1:50 pm

It is important to punish the people who committed the acts. It is equally important to NOT punish the people who were NOT involved. Shutting down the entire fraternity was the easy way out. It would have taken far more courage for the university president to say that the perpetrators will be individually identified and punished.

Was everyone on that bus singing along? How about the bus driver? Just because someone was present on that bus, or a member of that fraternity, that doesn’t make them guilty. And if we’re going to have guilt by association, then why not extend that to all fraternities and sororities? Why not shut them all down?

When I hear people saying negative things about blacks as a group or Latinos as a group, I make it my business to challenge their negative stereotypes. I tell them it is not fair to judge an entire group of people by the actions of a few. People also have negative stereotypes about fraternities and sororities. In every group of people there are bound to be a few jerks. Identify and punish the offenders. Do not assume that everyone in the group condones their actions.

These idiots will deservedly be haunted by this video for a long time. Their worlds have just begun to fall apart, a lot more is coming boys.

    • Foundryman March 9th, 2015 at 2:17 pm

One would hope…The fraternity has been kicked out…Have the students been expelled from the school?

      • Suzanne McFly March 9th, 2015 at 2:28 pm

We can clearly see the students, I can’t understand why they would not be expelled.

        • Foundryman March 9th, 2015 at 2:33 pm

If they’re not expelled, they get their degree anyway, so basically there is no penalty for what they did. Closing the fraternity down…big whoop….

          • Suzanne McFly March 9th, 2015 at 3:39 pm

Well if they apply for a job and they Google the name they may be somewhat resistant to hire them. Who knows, I believe in Karma and I hope she does a doozy on these jerks.

what a waste of education, huh?
all that tax money spent, only to have them someday working in a DPRK potato field by deals cut with China and the resistance that will assist in China protecting their financial assets in the USA.

Mommy and daddy probably have connections.

        • granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:33 am

WHITE momies and daddies with lots of money.

          • Suzanne McFly March 10th, 2015 at 6:23 pm

I seen two actually have been expelled, but you are correct. If these kids even had a tan, they would of gotten any type of support from anyone. I am glad they are being held accountable for their actions.

    • granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:54 am

maybe some of their daddies know who some of the extra bodies at the Florida Dozier School Cemetery belong to?

  5. rg9rts March 9th, 2015 at 4:31 pm

    Oklahoma need you say anymore.

    • granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:45 am

and to think, they’re still ABOVE Texas.

  6. spacegod March 10th, 2015 at 1:25 am

Just some of that racism that doesn’t exist anymore.

    • granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:44 am

probably just the left overs from their K-1 field trips?

    • granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:50 am

      caught on cam.

  7. granpa.usthai March 10th, 2015 at 1:43 am

if this chant is now in the open public domain, can it legally be used in a rapper’s song without their being an infringement rights issue?
I think some of the guys in Compton may be coming out with a number one hit!

  8. Warman1138 March 10th, 2015 at 7:53 am

Not very smart for a bunch of college students but dumb enough to be racists.
