School In Lockdown After Gun Advocate Seen With Rifle
A high school in Madison Heights, MI was placed in lockdown after a pro-gun advocate was seen carrying a rifle nearby.
According to 7 Action News, the man walked near Lamphere High School with a rifle strapped to his back. The police were subsequently called.
Moms Demand Action, a gun safety group, posted a video of the police confrontation with the open carry advocate on their Facebook page…
The man had a lengthy discussion with police officers about gun rights and public property. While the officers were polite, the man sprinkled his comments with numerous insults and refused to identify himself.
The officers said they just wanted to make sure that he wasn’t going on school property. The man eventually walked to city hall where he was confronted by another officer.
