Bobby Jindal must have drawn the short stick for today’s Iran 47 counterspin. He tweeted this amazing thought earlier today: https://twitter.com/BobbyJindal/status/575307020762550272 Interestingly, nearly all of the responses are negative. Looks like the winger brigade has either been distracted with the Hillary email non-scandal or else they’re just as embarrassed as they ought to be. Here’s a…

10 responses to Bobby Jindal Wants Joe Biden To Apologize To Tom Cotton

  1. jybarz March 11th, 2015 at 7:21 am

Ok, let’s start with the GOP apologizing first for all their evil words and actions against President Obama, Dems, women, LGBT, unemployed, war veterans, war widows, fatherless/motherless children of the dead military people who fought in Iraq, minorities (non-white: blacks, browns, yellows, greens), disenfranchised voters, non-christians, gunshot victims, all Americans affected by GOP-made GFC…… this is going to go on for a long while. Then Vice Pres Biden can apologize unnecessarily to GOP bastards in Congress.

We have seen this pattern where the GOP starts to try and delegitimize a Democratic president the moment they are elected.

I think that they could not accept that Bush Sr, ( or in their minds, Reagan’s successor) was deprived of a second term by a guy they derisively referred to as “Bubba”

They began planning how to get him out of office, (in spite of the voters) from the moment he was inaugurated.

From Scaife’s “Arkansas Project” (which became know as the “Scam Scaiffe Project” by lowlifes who wanted to make a few grand by making up a story about Clinton) to the Special Persecutor wasting taxpayer money, but providing great entertainment for the media.

Then, they demanded almost fascistic reverence to Bush, who didn’t even win the popular vote, questioning the patriotism of anyone who questioned him… AT A TIME OF WAR!!!!!
(Remember the couple arrested at a Bush rally for anti-Bush tee shirts?)

Then Obama comes along who, in their eyes is Clinton but black, And they are appalled at things that they cheered over for Bush.

    The first president who won by over 51% TWICE since Eisenhower;

He is not American, he is not one of us, ACORN put him in, blah, blah, blah…

They meet the night of the inauguration in The Caucus Room steakhouse to plan how to deprive him of ANY bipartisan victory … in the middle of the greatest crisis since 1929 when the economy ins contracting 8.9% in Q4 ’08, 6.7% in Q1 ’09.

So is it a surprise that now they write to a foreign power and tell them to ignore the president of the United States?

They show that not only are they petulant children instead of grownup statesmen, but that they really only seem to “love” America if they are running it, and have nothing but contempt for both the founding principles AND the American people.

    I dispair for my country.

“In their stubborn righteousness,in their self-satisfied belief that they and only they are the wise and proper spokesmen for this country, they have made the United States look weak in the eyes of the world. They have taken the true source of whatever influence we might carry — our unity — and they have debased it. They have done real harm to
    this country.

    There’s no excuse for it.

You don’t invite foreign leaders into your councils of government to undercut your own duly chosen leaders, no matter how much you may dislike those leaders. Nor do you reach out to a foreign enemy, opening your own negotiation channels, to try to sabotage the policies of those who were elected by your people and designated in the
    Constitution to handle those responsibilities.”

    – Jay Bookman, the Atlanta Journal Constitution

And no, this is nothing like Pelosi (who delivered a message from Israel) and Syria, who never said, our president has no power, and we are in charge.

    Apologize for what?
doing his job? Tehran Tom needs to be treated with the very same distain as Tokyo Rose.
The only problem I have with the President is that he has not instructed the DOJ to issue 47 felony warrants.

And I’m sure Joe Biden ran right out and sent a big bouquet of roses and a box of candy to “Tehran Tom” Cotton. It never ceases to amaze me that total buffoons like Bobby Jindal still have the audacity to speak, knowing full well they sound like idiots when they open their mouths.

Jindal is under fire in LA, so I think this is a distraction to keep him from having to deal with the budgetary mess he created there. Some members of his own party are very upset about the $1.6 Trillion budget shortfall and his unwillingness to address it in a substantive way. When some republicans met with Jindal’s officials, they were told that Jindal will do nothing that goes against the pledge he made to Grover Norquist’s Americans For Tax Reform. Some of them are in the mood to talk, and boy, are they angry. I do believe this might be the beginning of a feeding frenzy with Jindal as the main course. NOLA is writing editorials and publishing articles asking where Jindal’s allegiance lies, with Norquist or with the people of LA? NOLA has begun printing the names of every LA politician in Congress and in the state who have pledged allegiance to Norquist. Word is that Vitter wants to be LA’s next governor, and his name is at the top of the list in bold-face type.
