[su_r_sky_ad]One resident of a quiet North Carolina neighborhood is giving his neighbors a little – and perfectly legal, as it turns out – visual TMI:
He’s not hard to expose, only to arrest.
People in a neighborhood in north Charlotte are fed up with a neighbor who refuses to cover himself on his property but has yet to be arrested by police who say his actions are not illegal.
Residents of the Cardinal Glen neighborhood spoke to TV Station WBTV about the problem involving this unnamed man and they called police on him again Friday after he once again stood at his front door without clothing. This occurs multiple times a week, they said.
“I was out rolling the trash can on Friday and I just happened to look over there and he was standing there buck naked,” neighbor Pecolia Threatt told the station.
But police told the station no charged were filed because it happens on his property.
Under state law indecent exposure occurs when a suspect “willfully expose the private parts of his or her person in any public place and in the presence of any other person or persons,” the station reports.

But on the train, he’s gone after a few seconds. That’s not the same thing as having to live with it. No one should have to deal with someone’s naked butt without having a choice in the matter. It’s obvious the guy is an exhibitionist. He just happens to live in one of the few places where it’s not against the law to expose himself on his own property. In most places, the police would be able to do something.

My wife and I are social nudists. Our summer plans often include a weekend at the local nudist resort Laguna Del Sol. So we don’t have the knee-jerk negative reaction to nudity prevalent in American culture. Still, anybody who makes a point of doing something, however legal it might be, when they know it bothers other people, is a jerk of the highest order.

Others aren’t horrified by the sight of the human body, they want to have a choice in which ones they look at. They wouldn’t want to see a billboard with Lindsay Graham naked when they’re going to work, and they don’t want to see their neighbors naked either.

I guess I just don’t understand the outrage. I don’t think anybody’s forcing these people to look. Besides, the guy is on his own property, and those people should be grateful he’s not cleaning his gun on his front porch.

True story, I had nosy neighbors with 30 something nosy sons who visited often. They used to climb up on the patio furniture to look over the fence at me swimming or sunning. I used to give them a full frontal press on the glass back door while shooting birds, they fell and one broke an arm…problem solved
