[su_right_ad]A 69-year-old convicted child molester pleaded with a judge to be let out of jail so he could make a donation to a sperm bank.

Yova Kana Shaday filed a letter at Brooklyn Federal Court saying that he was robbed of his ‘last opportunity to be fruitful and multiply.’ Shaday begged Federal Judge Edward Korman for the opportunity to donate sperm as he awaited trial for failing to register as a sex offender in New York, knowing that he will likely spend years in prison.

“Pls (sic) your honor I pray the court to consider this very serious truth in releasing me,” Shaday reportedly wrote in the letter. “The gravity of this extenuating circumstance is in your hands.”

“I’m afraid that if I’m incarcerated (5-10) years I will be released too late to ever (donate sperm) again and join a sperm bank,” Shaday also wrote.

“May your god lead you to be fruitful and multiply, please,” he wrote in closing.

As a woman with a very real biological need to determine whether I need to leave behind some kind of legacy – I say too late. He’s had roughly 50 years to deal with this and now it’s our emergency?
All of this would be supposing he was a worthwhile human to begin with…

Seems to me that we have had more than enough of your “sperm donations,” Yova.

a good surgeon (or not) could remove his full scrotal sack and hang it in a fridege and then any woman who would like a molesters sperm could get a discount, not see the donor, and then, oops, live with the genetic off spring. Ah, the dreams some folks have.

You don’t have a Right to be fruitful and multiply. You only have the opportunity, if you choose it, and can get others to work with you on the project.
