Holly Madison, one of Hugh Hefner’s “Girls Next Door” has a memoir called Down the Rabbit Hole, where she tells of betrayal, bad bunnies, and backstabbing.

As revealed in the release from Harper Collins, Madison’s seemingly fairy tale existence inside the Playboy Mansion was filled with drama, darkness, and even depression. “Life inside the notorious Mansion wasn’t a dream at all—and quickly became her nightmare,” the promotional material states. “After losing her identity, her sense of self-worth, and her hope for the future, Holly found herself sitting alone in a bathtub contemplating suicide.”

The publisher also promises to detail the “oppressive routine of strict rules, manipulation, and [her] battles with ambitious, backstabbing bunnies.”

Madison, 35, who’s now married to Pasquale Rotella and mom to their toddler-aged daughter Rainbow, first skyrocketed to fame in 2005 alongside Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson. The trio starred as Hef’s girlfriends in E!’s reality series, The Girls Next Door, for five seasons until it ended in 2010.

sleeping with an old man and multiple partners was your choice, same as your choice to be a reality TV star promoting your choices. Stop whining and find some panties and put them on.

Their show was not bad, use to watch it. Depression and thoughts of suicide have nothing to do with whatever mansion you are living at or with how many roommates; it’s all you.

translation: depression has nothing to do with where you are and what you are doing with your life.

you are wrong, AnthonyLook. Dead wrong.

I think you figured out that you were not the “hot” one and got all depresso about it. We cannot stand you and your implants. You were the most fakeass one on the show. Kendra is gorgeous. Implants nasty yes….what a babe and personality. Bridget is chubby and not appealing.

These girls are so very young when they make these decisions…. I do not think they realize until too late how much of their soul has been prostituted for the profit of an old bastard like Hugh Hefner who pretends to just have the best interest of the girls at heart.. I wonder how many of Hefs ex’s feel some type of regret? He seems to prey on girls who have troubled backgrounds so he can manipulate them….

I read in Kendra Wilkinson’s first book how the sex with Hef went…she said he would take a Viagara and wait for it to take effect and then the “chosen ones” would take turns hopping on till he was satisfied….The things girls are willing to do for their sugar daddy…

I’m sorry, but that’s gotta be like screwing your grandfather. She was using him as much as he was using her.

What a giant coincidence that she reveals this gem right when she is ready to release a new book. I may be cynical but I think she is full of crap. If he was so bad why was she trying so hard to get him to marry her and make little Hefner babies? I need brain bleach now.
