This is how desperate they are. They’re attacking Hillary Clinton because she  signed lease for campaign headquarters in Brooklyn. Going after her for this is an early sign of Hillary Derangement Syndrome.

A Republican Party official in Iowa who asked Daily Mail Online to withhold his identity said on Friday that Clinton’s choice of digs ‘won’t matter much in flyover country where most of the votes are.’

‘We’re more likely to be impressed if you’re close to a Wal-Mart,’ he joked. ‘The tallest building in [my town] is three stories.’

A GOP Senate staffer laughed out loud at what he said would be ‘Hillary’s hipster hell.’

‘I guess we can expect all the Clinton campaign t-shirts to have ironic slogans, right?’ he said. ‘I can’t wait to drink Pabst Blue Ribbon at the launch party.’

So he admits that the GOP’s Party Of Stupid is also the classless, white trash party? That is embarrassing !

It’s well known that most GOP members prefer their headquarters to look like this.

Yeah, why wouldn’t a politician from New York, who lives in New York, place their campaign headquarters in Correctionville (pop. 800+) or Cumming (pop. 350~) Iowa?

Hillary isnt from NY. She needed a place to land that would be favorable for her senate campaign and decided on Westchester county NY. That makes her a carpetbagger.

The people of New York elected her to the Senate. They were pleased to have her represent them. They will overwhelmingly vote for her for President. She ain’t no carpetbagger.

      YOU cannot be serious!

With all the legitimate reasons to mock Clinton, why choose this? Since those Republicans agree with everything else she stands for, what else can they do to keep the Theatre entertaining.

Isn’t the Uniparty wonderful? I’ll be voting for the Greens or the socialists again this time.

Look at the make up of the Supreme Court and visualize who would be more likely to put another Scalia or Thomas on the court. Perhaps that may change your mind on the “uniparty” nonsense.

The next President will likely nominate at least two, perhaps even three new Supreme Court justices over the course of an 8 year administration.

If the Democratic nominee is Hilary Clinton and she loses votes to subscribers of the uniparty theory, consequently losing the election, I will be sure to point to people like you when asked how the hell did we get 3 more Antonin Scalia’s on the Supreme Court.

After the last 35 years watching and voting for Democrats, I can no longer lie to myself about there being any real difference. Especially the Corporatist Clintons, just give better speeches, and are therefore the more effective evil. Obama has certainly not been an exception to that pattern.

        • arc99 April 4th, 2015 at 12:20 pm

If you think there is no real difference between Sonya Sotomayor, Elena Kagan vs Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, there is certainly nothing I can say to change your mind.

So I will not even try.

But for those of us who do see the difference and realize that Supreme Court decisions impact our lives decades after the justices who made the decisions and the Presidents who nominated those justices, are long gone, our vote will most certainly be for Hillary Clinton if she is the Democratic nominee.

Your strategy is an excellent plan. If one defines excellent as adding 3 more Scalias to the Supreme Court.

The Clintons have connections to “The Family” and are Corporatists, I do not see any serious difference except the “D” next to their names instead of an “R”. Stop paying attention to the speeches, and more attention to what they do such as NAFTA and Privatizing/Cutting Social Security.

Binary Thinking is a serious problem, it drags everyone down.

Well, it only fits, as the right has been on Hillary’s case since she was FLOTUS, raving about everything from her hair, voice, child rearing, pantsuits, ambition, etc. etc., so expect more of the same, as long as she lives and breathes. She is their Goddess of everything to hate, and without her, they would be rabidly searching for a new target.
