Janet Porter: Gay Marriage Caused Noah’s Flood

I must have missed this part on Bible study.
Faith 2 Action founder and anti-gay filmmaker Janet Porter has a message for the Supreme Court: Strike down bans on same-sex marriage, and the whole world may be doomed.
In her daily radio bulletin today, Porter once again claimed that gay marriage was responsible for Noah’s Flood.
She even suggested that such a move by the court could lead to the Second Coming: “If this is true, we are uniquely positioned for the return of Christ like no other time in history.”

according to scriptures, it was because everybody in the world started carrying AR-15 assault guns and was killing each other (except Noah, his wife, their three sons and their wives). You referring to Thera/Santorini? That was in about 1500 BC., which is about a thousand years or more after Gilgamesh, whose story was cribbed for the Biblical flood myth. The Babylonian captivity of the Jews came about a 1000 years after Thera… Some people have suggested it as a possible source for the Plagues of Egypt, for the story of Atlantis, etc. But chronology makes it a poor candidate for the Biblical flood.
