Some of their companies have a vested interest in getting the DNR off their backs. Hard to pollute rivers and water sheds when those pesky Natural Resource wardens checking up on you every so often.

Sounds like a win, win all the way around. The state: A. Saves money. B. And lessens the carbon footprint of those who will not be now driving around in state issued vehicles. This is a better Earth Day activity than Obama who burned 9000 gallons of JP-4 fuel flying down to Florida for a photo op.

The state SPENDS more money on environmental clean up as it lets it’s corporate welfare queens of the hook.
