Jeb Bush, who seemed to accidentally on purpose misunderstand a question from Megyn Kelly about whether he’d still invade Iraq knowing what knows now, was given a second chance at that question. But rather than clarify, all he’d say was the pronoun-less “mistakes were made” and refused to address a hypothetical.

But Bush deflected when Hannity asked whether he’d make a different decision knowing what he knows now.

“Yeah, I don’t know what that decision would have been — that’s a hypothetical,” he said.

“But the simple fact was, look, mistake were made, as they always are in life. This is not a — and foreign policy. So we need to learn from the past to make sure we’re strong and secure going forward.”

I m beginning to think Bush is NOT going to be the nominee. Too bad- for the GOP- he’d be their strongest candidate in a general election but he may not make it there. 2016 may be the year we’ve been hoping for- the GOP goes off a cliff with an unelectable nominee and takes shellacking that costs them congressional control.
