    Whether she has a license is irrelevant. The mother is distraught? She should be distraught in jail. How long do we have to wait for the inevitable “this was a tragic accident” statement from the police as they send everyone home?

    There is no such thing as an accidental discharge……the adult that is responsible for the weapon should be charged
