Republicans in Iowa this weekend continue to bash President Obama with false information. Or maybe Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal just doesn’t get the news.

Earlier today, the U.S. killed a top leader of the so-called Islamic State, one of many ISIS leaders killed by a U.S.-led coalition targeting the terrorist group.

However, Louisiana Gov. and likely presidential candidate Bobby Jindal told the Iowa National Security Action Summit that Obama has been weak on ISIS and suggested that he won’t target the group’s leaders.

After suggesting that Muslim clerics are refusing to condemn ISIS, another dubious claim, Jindal challenged Obama to “do his job” and “hunt down and kill these terrorists.”

Good idea, Bobby; glad you thought of it!

My Queen album is getting worn out, I just keep replaying their song.

    “Another one bites the dust
    Another one bites the dust
And another one gone, and another one gone
    Another one bites the dust”

“We’ve got to stop being the stupid party”-Guber Bobby-Brady Jindal, hypocrite.

  4. majii May 16th, 2015 at 8:36 pm

Jindal comes across to me as being someone who is very self-centered. He’ll tell any lie, push any false meme, and promote any conspiracy theory as long as he thinks he can benefit in some way by doing it. To me, he appears to be a soulless individual whose only goal is to get what he wants, which at this time, is to be the next POTUS–ethics and truth be damned!

      “no go zones”…
He is still trying to explain that lie…

No need to worry about Bobby Jingle tossing his hat in the ring/clown car…

    • Dwendt44 May 17th, 2015 at 12:55 pm

      Don’t be too sure.

      A) he is a clown

      B) there’s plenty of room in the clown car.

With only 20 possible candidates for the Republican ticket, the short bus isn’t necessary but is recommended.

There’s always room in the clown car. It’s sorta like the TARDIS that way.

Bobby, join your brother from another mother Rick Perry on the OOPS! shelf.

………….reminds me of the time Obama gave up his birth certificate and followed it by the operation to kill bin Laden a couple days later. Donald Trump is still trying to recover…..

  8. Talkin_Truth May 16th, 2015 at 11:34 pm

Living in a right wing bubble makes these conservatives seriously stupid.

    • bushputz May 17th, 2015 at 6:37 pm

Yeah, they used up all the oxygen in that bubble long ago…

Hey Boobie…Who gave you bin Laden’s head on a platter

  11. CHOCOL8MILK May 17th, 2015 at 5:01 am

This guy says such things to get media attention. Lets me honest, he’s done for politically, and his strategy is to pander to the right wing while aggravating those with intellect.

  12. labman57 May 17th, 2015 at 8:55 am

Standard Republican m.o. — when reality undermines their fact-devoid rhetoric … they ignore reality.

  13. Suzanne McFly May 17th, 2015 at 9:15 am

Yeah, why can’t President Obama hunt down the ISIS leaders in the same way bush hunted down Osama and Saddam?

    • Hard2find May 17th, 2015 at 4:43 pm

    • Progressive Republican May 19th, 2015 at 12:49 am

  14. arc99 May 17th, 2015 at 10:23 am

Any conservatives care to dispute the conclusion that the GOP is the party of stupid?

I don’t want to hear any of this “both sides do it” bullsh*t. I have looked high and low for an example where a credible contender for the Democratic nomination has been so completely clueless where they give a speech demanding that a Republican President or other elected leader, do exactly what they have already done, THE SAME F*CKING DAY!

Furthermore, is Gov. Jindal privy to classified White House briefings where planning for other missions is being done and will be executed at the right time? I think not.

I have a hard time believing that the political class of the Republican party is as stupid as their public words and deeds would indicate. I firmly believe that the hard core Republican base is clueless, stupid or whatever you want to call them as far as having opinions that are completely at odds with reality. The politicians simply pander to that stupidity in order to win their votes.

A couple of years ago, a Pew poll found that although the segment was small (single digit poll responses), conservatives were unsure if Hawaii was actually a state.

No both sides do not do it. Liberals and Democrats do not celebrate ignorance as a virtue.

  15. Foundryman May 17th, 2015 at 11:09 am

It’s surprising what with Jindal’s uncanny ability and intellectual superiority, he didn’t change directions in mid sentence and claim Obama had nothing to do with this raid on ISIS. That’s what they done after bin laden was killed.

  16. frambley1 May 18th, 2015 at 1:26 am

Another instance of Bubble-Speak. And another indication that Republican leaders thrive on ignorance.

  17. fairmont66 May 18th, 2015 at 12:28 pm

Poor Jindel a day late and dollar short. What ever happen to his advice he gave his party about not being stupid party? Wait I know he is STILL trying to appeal to his white racist base even though HE’S NOT WHITE HIMSELF! Hey Jindel do what you do best:bankrupting your already poor state!

  18. Progressive Republican May 19th, 2015 at 12:47 am

Once again, we’re exposed to the irony of the guy saying that the GOP needs to stop being the Party of Stupid reinforcing their being the Party if Stupid.

One wonders what he’s doing with that second brain cell. Well, besides starving it.

  19. Ben Ghazi May 19th, 2015 at 7:49 pm

No-Go-Zone Boobi needs to stop being so stoopbit. Has he ever looked in the mirror? There is something different about him than the other GOP Elites that he apparently hasn’t grasped…yet … hehhehe
