Starbucks Barista Caught On Video Yelling At Customer–Fired

The customer was accused of stealing a straw, driving the worker into a screaming fit.
“Give me the straw! You’re not going to be served here. Bye! Bye! Give me the straw and leave,” the fuming worker shouts, according to cell phone footage customer Ruby Chen posted on Facebook.
Chen said she ordered a Frappuccino Tuesday at the coffee chain’s 86-51 Broadway location in Elmhurst – but then got her beans roasted by the woman behind the counter, who she identified as “Melissa.”
“I didn’t hear her coworker asking my name to put on cup at first because I was opening my reward app on my phone to pay,” Chen wrote on Starbucks’ Facebook page. “Then Melissa started to shout at me saying hey helloooo with very bad attitude.”

this is absolutely horrendous -how dare anyone use an app to buy a frappi when they could have forked over good money and brought their own straw along -damn, what is the usa becoming?

maybe enclosures that trap the smell of roasting ground coffee beans?

She needs to cut down on her caffeine if she responds like that to a customer taking a straw! Wow!!
