Pat Buchanan believes immigrants and their children will be the end of the Republican Party.

We did urge a “moratorium” on legal immigration, such as America had from 1924 to 1965, to assimilate and Americanize the millions who had come. The Journal Republicans called that xenophobia.

Since then, tens of millions of immigrants, here legally and illegally, mostly from the Third World, have arrived. Economically, they consume more in tax dollars than they contribute.

Politically, most belong to ethnic groups that vote between 70 and 90 percent Democratic. Their children will bury the GOP.

Consider California, which voted for Nixon all five times he was on a national ticket and for Reagan in landslides all four times he ran.

Since 1988, California has not gone Republican in a single presidential election. No Republican holds statewide office. Both U.S. Senators are Democrats. Democrats have 39 of 53 U.S. House seats. Republican state legislators are outnumbered 2-to-1.

Americans of European descent, who provide the GOP with 90 percent of its presidential vote, are down to 63 percent of the nation and falling.

By 2042, they will be a minority. And there goes the GOP.

If he means they will keep the repubs out of the White House by voting for the democrat, he is 100% correct.

Gee Pat, does this bother you? Good. Perhaps if political parties like yours based there actions on economic and societal lines as opposed to biased racial imperative then maybe you wouldn’t have to worry about this.

I haven’t been able to stomach this mans dross since the first time I saw him on the McLaughlin Group, he was a bigoted ass then and it seems little will change. I can’t wait till your story ends.

Bury the GOP? Since that’s essentially what the GOP wants to do to immigrants, it seems only fair.

Racists live a bitter hateful existence.

One of the great under appreciated bands in my opinion. Not great musicians, and not flashy pretty boys but they certainly made their mark.

And maybe their heirs will appreciate the income but I find it damn annoying that one of their best songs, Should I Stay… is being used in some damn television commercial.

Yeah, he seems to be yearning for a simpler time, like the 50’s when the minorities knew their place. Where I grew up in Arizona in the 50’s, anyone with a Hispanic name was considered a “Mexican,” even if he was a US citizen. How dare they think they deserve a place at the table! Instead of serving at it.

I hope not, I’m one of them. Better the days of wine and roses is over for the ignorant, even the old ignoramuses.

Pat Buchanan – The End of White America
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TzCDNY3nVQI

Patrick J. Buchanan has been feeling this way for a long time.

He represents a dying segment of the U.S. population,

regardless of whether he likes it or not.

Our late mayor here in NYC, Ed Koch, once wrote a column on a similar eructation from Buchanan by perfectly characterizing Buchanan’s outlook on how the American population should be: Mayor Koch said what Buchanan wants is an ARYAN America. How true. Ja Wohl.

Immigrants ‘Will Bury The GOP’ ?

would it be rude of me to say that somebody has to?

While today’s GOP/TPers are busy dogging out undocumented immigrants, they’re forgetting that every child they have here will be a new U.S. citizen who is eligible to vote at the age of 18 in all elections. They’re so short-sighted that they cannot see the forest for the trees. I guess this is what was behind the House bill that is intended to “revoke” birthright citizenship. Some GOP/TPers in office see the handwriting on the wall, hence, all of the voter ID bills/laws and the punitive anti-immigration state laws. They learned nothing from our civil rights era in history. If you want someone to become more involved in politics and voting, try depriving them of their rights under the Constitution. They were determined to make this president a “one term president,” and their path to glory were new voter ID laws. They cried on election night November 2012 because they underestimated the tenacity of those whom the laws were supposed to be used to suppress their votes. These individuals stood in voter lines for hours and hours, such was their determination to give the GOP/TP the *ss whooping they so richly deserved that day.

And the GOP has very helpfully dug the grave…

  15. Budda May 21st, 2015 at 4:22 pm

The term “immigrants” is wrong Pat. The correct term is “Americans”.

  16. thinkingwomanmillstone May 21st, 2015 at 8:06 pm

The GOP dug a large hole and then pushed each other into it….the longtime Democratic Progressives and the New Americans have just been sitting in the bleachers watching the show while tossing a few handsful of dirt on top of the writhing pile of useless regressives.
