chuckie2What could possibly be worse than making a blatant death threat against a black liberal activist?

Here’s one example: making a blatant death threat against a black liberal activist on Twitter, pretending your clearly worded homicidal provocation is entirely something else, and then having your Twitter account suspended.

And it should come as no surprise to anyone as to the identity of the smug twittering twit in question:

Social justice activist DeRay Mckesson praised Twitter on Monday after the social network suspended a conservative blogger who threatened his life.

According to Re/code, Charles “Chuck” Johnson tweeted over the weekend that he was accepting donations for “taking out” Mckesson, who called the remark a “serious threat.” Thanks to a new policy against trolls, Johnson’s account was quickly suspended.

In a statement to Re/code, Johnson accused Twitter of “censorship.”

“I was speaking metaphorically about exposing DeRay in much the same way Slate was speaking metaphorically when they talked about ‘taking out’ a Supreme Court justice,” he wrote.

But in an interview with CNN on Monday, Mckesson said that Johnson should have known better.

“For someone who considers themselves a journalist, I firmly believe that he understands the power of his words,” Mckesson explained. “And his words are his words. ‘Take out’ functions in a certain way. And if I got on any media outlet and said something to the effect of ‘take out the police,’ nobody would think that I was talking about an exposé.”

He’s a Twitter terrorist. A few years of waterboard therapy in Gitmo should set him straight.

Afterall is is only “inhanced interrogation” and that he man/s should be able to handle it.

And he is a cigar smoking he-man. Though, if you don’t mind me creating a corollary to something Sigmund Freud once said, sometimes a cigar _isn’t_ a cigar.

That’s quite the low for a “journalist.” Luckily he still has the miasma of muck-raking that makes up the reich-wing media.

This guy put the “Twit” in Twitter.

Yes you are being censored, you ignorant right wing a$$hole.

Twitter is a private sector corporation. You right wingers tell us that such organizations are the solution to all problems large and small which plague humankind. In this example, right wingers were entirely correct.

As a private corporation, Twitter can allow or not allow participation in their services any way they damn well please. Twitter decided that lying, ignorant, bigots like you are not welcome in their digital domain and exercised their right to prohibit you from intruding into their intellectual property. In other words they censored you just like the local snack bar can censor people with the ‘No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service’ standard and refuse to serve you lunch.

The free market worked. It is exactly what you right wingers prescribe for everyone else.

    So shut the f*ck up.

It’s hard to conclude that he meant to literally kill the guy when he said to “Take out”, i’d say the left is reaching for that conclusion as an excuse to slander opposition

besides, even if this guy was an extreme hater, that’s still much better than being for social justice

Fifth graders on up, or any ‘reasonable person’ knows this was fundraising for a death threat: Charles “Chuck” Johnson tweeted over the weekend that he was accepting donations for “taking out” Mckesson.

I have so many screen shots of this fuckwit. Here’s the guy you support. I hope you’re not a ‘bitch’, because he will smack you silly, Bro.

      • dave-dr-gonzo May 25th, 2015 at 10:53 pm

In other words, to quote Terry, very much in the context of Johnson’s words, “this guy was an extreme hater” – and Terry is a pretty pathetic concern troll. QED.

        • Anomaly 100 May 25th, 2015 at 11:58 pm

I’ve seen Chuck’s defenders on Twitter. Terry wants to defend Chuck’s right to issue a death threat. He’s a special kind of stupid.

If Brian Glicklich had a son, he’d be Charles C. Johnson.
