Cops: High School Teacher Showed Students Boob Job Pics

Newport News cops began probing Melissa Kidd, 34, in late-March when they were told that a teacher at Woodside High School had showed students “obscene photographs,” according to a May 18 application to search Kidd’s iPhone.
The Circuit Court document indicates that Kidd…is being investigated for “Indecent Liberties w/ Child by Person in a Supervisory Role.”
According to investigators, three students disclosed that Kidd “showed them before and after photographs of her bre[a]st augmentation, which displayed her nude and exposed breasts.”

While I agree this was a pretty stupid move on her part, I’m not sure I would call a simple exposure of breasts obscene. Here is the definition of obscene: offensive or disgusting by accepted standards of morality and decency. I don’t consider breasts offensive or disgusting. In this situation it’s inappropriate, but breasts are not disgusting.

I agree. Would the school be in an uproar if a young teacher sat in the cafeteria breast feeding their child at lunch? Well probably but they would be stupid on that as well.

The breasts have been declared non-sexual body parts, so they may have a defense. A medical or sex ed book would have photos of breasts I would think.

Showing them if not shoving them into the mouth of a six month old infant is OK, but showing photos of them to teenagers is bad? It’s not like your average teen hasn’t seen plenty of them by that age.
