One has to wonder if this means it’s fine if whites speak loudly and keep music levels up in an Irvine, CA apartment building.

The fliers were placed in two different elevators at the Toscana Apartment Homes, which are run by property management company Equity Residential, reports CBS Los Angeles. A representative from the company says it had nothing to do with the signs and posted the following message on Twitter: “Equity did not create or post this flier. We are outraged by its content and are actively investigating its source.”

In a statement, company representatives added: “The flier is a fake. It did not come from any employee of Equity Residential. They are disturbed by the content and currently investigating this.” There are no cameras in the elevators, he added.

The Irvine Police Department is also reportedly investigating the incident.

Not a bad idea for ALL residents, but to single out African-Americans is pure racism.
