Remember how anti-abortion protesters sued Massachusetts all the way to the Supreme Court over a ‘buffer zone’ the state put between them and the clinics where they protest? Well, forget everything that forced-birth activists ever said about free speech and the Constitution, because in Alabama those same hypocrites are about to put a ‘buffer zone’ around…

If abortions are outlawed nation wide, the rich and connected will just fly out of the country for the procedure.

    What a bunch of self-righteous f*cks.

Let them do that…then hit them with the “heightened security” that those same people’s paranoia has engendered: “And why were you overseas, miss, when America has all you will ever need? May we talk to you in private?”…
This crap balances itself out…have no fear.

    Buffet?
    BUFFET?
What the hell is Warren Buffet doing in Alabama messing around with…..no, wait.

    Sorry.
I am appropriately outraged at this.
    (Sorry, Warren).

I’d be a bit more sympathetic to Forced Birthers if they showed they actually care about a life once it leaves the womb.
How does a group of people who do everything they can to deny pregnant women healthcare and food stamps get to call themselves pro-life.???

The entire debate seems to be a study in cognitive dissonance for the right. On the one hand they claim every life is precious (before it is born). However, they do everything they can to deny women, minorities, and the poor, any government assistance. If you’re going to force someone to carry a baby to term against their will, you must be prepared to accept a bit of financial responsibility.
Much of what Carlin said about repubs is proving to be spot on (sadly)

It also slows the ‘browning’ of America.
