Congressman Peter King is standing up for his former House Speaker.

…King [R-WTF] a prominent House Republican who served under Hastert, discussed the matter on the John Gambling Show shortly after the indictment came down in May, but only saw one victim in the ordeal: Hastert. “I don’t know what this is about,” King said. “Apparently this person came and threatened to disclose something on Denny Hastert that goes back over 35 years, that happened 35 years ago, and he was taking money out illegally to pay the person. The only victim here is Denny Hastert.”

“What happened back in the 60s or 70s, I don’t know,” King concluded.

Its understandable, it is hard for republican politicians to have empathy. Kind of like how many republican voters have a hard time thinking.

Well, no one to Dumb Denny to do withdrawals to the tune of $50k or even 10 so no, Dumb Denny is not the victim that is if one can “victimize” themselves.

Pedophilia, that is what happened, sexual assault that once again you and all the right are marginalizing and protecting the perv.

It is disgusting how the right protects pedophiles and harrass Bill Clinton for an affair.

  7. Chris June 12th, 2015 at 6:36 pm

Republican apologists for both Hastert and the Duggars are amazing in that they really don’t think we see the hypocrisy concerning these sexual molestations.

Rep. Peter King is showing himself to be as dumb as Rep. Steve King. That’s quite an accomplishment.

How many times have we heard the same thing about Bill Cosby….

That the Cos is the victim….
        Like King says about Hastert.

        • whatthe46 June 12th, 2015 at 6:58 pm

lol. i know, i guess i should have said “how many?”

  9. StoneyCurtisll June 12th, 2015 at 6:57 pm

Dennis Hastert is the victim of his own actions…
First he lied to the banks..
Then he lied to investigators (the FBI) about his withdrawals and deposits…
Now it comes to light that his activity involved hush money for criminal actitivy, (sexual misconduct involving a minor)…
This is exactly what theses laws were set up to do.
I’m glad they finally caught up to this criminal pervert.

  10. Larry Schmitt June 12th, 2015 at 8:00 pm

A white man, with enough money to pay over $3.5 million in hush money over several years, who knew just enough about Anti Money Laundering laws to know not to withdraw more than $10,000 at a time, but not enough to know about the SAR (Suspicious Activity Report), which would be triggered by exactly that kind of activity, (I work for a bank, so I know all about it) is a victim. Sure, that makes sense. Where do these “victims” get this crap? From what dark crevice are they pulling it? It beggars belief

    Memo to Congressman King:

  12. granpa.usthai June 13th, 2015 at 12:53 am

otherwise he wouldn’t keep denying it!

  13. Darksnark June 13th, 2015 at 2:38 am

Congressman Peter King used to support Irish Republican Army bombings that killed civilians:

Now he’s supporting an American Republican who molested teenage boys.

Meaning, or course, that Congressman King has managed to go from bad to worse….

    • D. M. Jacques June 13th, 2015 at 3:05 am

Killing people is worse than having sex with boys.

      • Darksnark June 13th, 2015 at 3:16 am

Gee, you’re right, what was I thinking. Let me revise my comment:

Congressman Peter King used to support murderers, but now he only supports child molesters.

So he’s “progressed” from violently sociopathic to criminally perverted….

      • Larry Schmitt June 13th, 2015 at 7:32 am

So would you rather have a pedophile or a supporter of murderers representing you?

  14. MaryJane Mccarthy James June 13th, 2015 at 10:02 am

The geopigs are the party that believe’s that RAPIST AND PEDOPHILES ARE VICTIMS WHO NEED TO BE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE

  15. Snick1946 June 13th, 2015 at 4:54 pm

King is giving Joe Biden a run for his money when it comes to verbal gaffes. Just incredible.
