wonder how many ‘accidental’ nuclear ARMS discharges it’ll take before the RepubliCON NRA legislators opt to include the first part of the 2nd amendment back into the constitution and how long it will take for the Courts to hear the arguments for it?

current 2nd Amendment as ‘popularly accepted’:

    mumble jumble militia stuff,
THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED UPON.

this is the FREE CHOICE of the individual to bear ARMS.

    NUCLEAR is a choice.

DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE OR ANY ORGINIZATION OR GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL INFRINGE ON YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!
