He’s just an ignorant old man in denial that his son was an abuser and a terrorist. How could the father say that “liberal policies” allowed CPS to take his grandson? “Where does a white male get help”…they have a better chance than most others and yes his son would have been admitted. The father is as pathetic as his son was about denial when his son began to exhibit odd behavior at age 14, everyone else’s fault (liberals) but the son’s and the parent’s.

Do right wingers ever take responsibility for their mistakes?

Notice when the culprits are black, there is no shortage of armchair psychologists and social workers who come out of the woodwork to pontificate about the failings of the parents and community.

OK, so what were the failings in this caucasian conservative Texas family and community which led to the creation of this dangerous terrorist?

Jim Boulware must be one of those Jade Helm 15 nuts that believes Martial Law is around the corner.

That was my first thought when I heard about the attack but before we knew anything about the shooter…

Does he mean that ‘conservative’ policies would have given custody to a gun nut with a history of mental illness?

Must be connected to ALL those leftist, liberal media types that abound here in my home state! Ya know, the ones who ‘influence’ the youth in leftist colleges.

  14. Suzanne McFly June 15th, 2015 at 4:48 pm

Seems like Bristol Palin needs to share that mirror I gave her. Do any of these types ever fess up to their own eff ups? Personal responsibility obviously eludes a segment of the population.

Maybe she is like her mommy. Her image doesn’t reflect in a mirror. You know the type.

It appears to be somewhat of a heredity problem which is fueled by political ignorance.

      apparently so.

  16. William June 15th, 2015 at 9:08 pm

Take a state like Texas, where (Austin excepted) the goobers are fed a steady diet of right wing maniacal propaganda, and this is the result.

  17. liberalMD June 15th, 2015 at 10:15 pm

It’s always amazing to me how these people blame “the libs” for all of their problems, yet if “the libs” had their way, their problems, for the most part, would be addressed if not taken care of.

This guy looks about as bright as a burned out Corn Cobb Pipe.

  19. zarnon June 16th, 2015 at 12:02 am

“Everyone has a breaking point”. Everyone has a breaking point but not everyone plans and acts out an armed rampage against police. That’s part of your problem Pops. You helped instill the paranoiac hate and rationalization that fueled your son’s horrible, selfish decision.

Idiotic Teabagger father produces a violent sociopathic son.

Let’s hope the dysfunction doesn’t infect the young boy at the center of the custody dispute….
