FreakOutNation reports:

At about 1:00 p.m. Sunday outside of a gun show at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, Anthony McKee, 55, was sitting in the front of his car.

Investigators say McKee was attempting to clear the weapon, when the gun discharged.

The bullet entered McKee’s left leg and passed through it, the Fayetteville Observerreports.

McKee drove to the front door of the Crown Expo Center to seek help from off-duty deputies working at the event.

He was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

His condition was not immediately available but his ego must be taking a beating. Also, his leg must have a big owie on it because bullets do that.

McKee has a permit to carry weapons concealed.
