Texas Men Arrested Firing Shots From Roof Of Elementary School

Two Texas men were arrested Sunday after firing shots from a school in Richmond, TX.
Police responded to calls at about 8 a.m. that shots were heard from the roof of the Velasquez Elementary School, according to the Facebook page of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. Fort Bend borders Houston to the southwest.
Two men, one in his 20s and the other in his 30s, were taken into custody at the school, the sheriff’s office said, adding that one of the men was playing bagpipes on the roof.
One handgun and two shell casings were recovered from the school.
