President Obama reacted to the San Bernardino shootings by once again decrying the level of gun violence in America.

It was only yesterday that the president said, “I mean, I say this every time we’ve got one of these mass shootings; this just doesn’t happen in other countries.”

And in reaction to the shooting today, he again said, “We have a pattern now of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere else in the world, and there’s step we can take not to eliminate every one of these mass shootings, but to improve the odds they don’t happen as frequently.”
