Ex files restraining order against Charlie Sheen

She feared he wanted to have her injured.Brett Rossi filed a restraining order against Charlie Sheen Friday after the National Enquirer released what it said were transcripts of a phone call from Sheen to another woman in which Sheen reportedly said he wanted to have Rossi injured, a source close to the situation tells FOX411.
The insider said the actor’s ex-fiancée filed the order in Van Nuys, Calif. after Rossi read in the tabloid on Thursday that Sheen had been quoted saying of Rossi: “This piece of s–t needs to be fu–ing buried.… Family of gangsters. You get it.”
