Cops arrest owner of 8-year-old’s gun–who is 13

An 8-year-old took a loaded pistol to school and they arrested the gun’s owner, a 13-year-old.
The older boy was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the scare at Public School 91 in Flatbush Friday morning.
The teen — believed to be a relative of the 8-year-old — is being charged as a juvenile, police said. His name was not disclosed.
Investigators determined that the older child gave the 8-year-old the .380-caliber pistol before school started. The younger boy stowed the loaded gun, which was wrapped in a black shopping bag, in his backpack.
