Her Russian neighbors aren’t happy about it, or so they claim.

According to Novosibirsk News, local “babulki” (“babushkas” of the sitting-outside-your-apartment-building-on-a-bench-and-judging-you variety) have started a petition to report her to the police and the building administration, but their efforts have failed because “it’s her apartment, it’s her body.”

Thanks to the architectural legacy of somewhat Panopticon-like Soviet apartment projects, several buildings are subjected to the spectacle of this woman enjoying “every sunny day,” as we all damn well should.
