Folk, a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, wrote on Twitter that Clinton should be tried for treason and then “hung on the mall in Washington, D.C.,” according to CNN. The post was deleted.
Folk declined to comment. Folk told CNN that he was being hyperbolic about Clinton.
