While introducing Trump before a major national security speech Monday afternoon, Giuliani forgot about the most significant event during his tenure as mayor of New York City — the September 11 terrorist attacks that killed more than 2,600 people in that city alone.

While discussing the Patriot Act, Giuliani said, “By the way, under those eight years before Obama came along, we didn’t have any successful radical Islamic terrorist attack in the United States. They all started when Clinton and Obama got into office.”
