White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney appeared on FOX News Sunday to whine about the awful, terrible obstruction of the Trump-GOP tax plan because of the huge corporate tax givebacks:

“I’ve asked a couple Democrats if they’d ever vote to lower the corporate tax rate and they told me no,” Mulvaney said on “Fox News Sunday.”

“Which is really just bizarre…since they supported themselves bills in the past– in fact some Democrats supported bills…that actually lowered the corporate tax rate,” he continued.

“It’s almost as if, since it’s President Trump’s administration and it’s a Republican plan, now they’re against it,” he said.

Mulvaney also said people need to learn the “entire impact” of Trump’s tax plan in order to decide whether to support it.

Hey, Mick, people who have ben paying attention know about the ginormous tax breaks for billionaires and corporations — and the nearly non-existent relief for working families.

Over on CNN’s State of the Union,, Sen. Sherrod Brown called out White House racists by name. We cover that story (with video) here.

Bakari Sellers was also on SOTU, and he called Donald Trump and John Kelly liars!

Speaking with host Dana Bash, Sellers got right to the point over Trump and John Kelly attacking Rep. Frederika Wilson (D-FL), calling them out as liars.

“The fact is you can say whatever you want to say about Congresswoman Wilson, but she’s the only one in this scenario who has been honest from the beginning,” he began. “People want to say that she’s just a Democratic congresswoman, but in fact she was a mentor to this young man. She was a family friend. She knew this person, so my heart goes out to her as well as the family.”

“But there are a few things,” he continued. “Donald Trump lied, General Kelly lied about Congresswoman Wilson, and even more importantly, we’re not talking about the major issue, which is why four men in uniform died in Niger.”

“That’s the question: Why did they die?” he concluded.
