Sick: California couple charged with neglecting, torturing their 10 kids in feces-covered home
A cruel California couple tortured their 10 children “for sadistic purposes” at a house of horrors cops found packed with trash and feces, authorities said Monday.
The kids, whose ages range from 4 months to 12 years old, were forced to share one bedroom at the Fairfield home.
