Well, this is really inconvenient for TrumpWorld!

President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen gave the House Intelligence Committee documents that reveal alleged editing to the statement he used to lie to Congress in 2017 about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow during presidential election.

Reporters have been speculating for nearly a week about the extent to which the White House was involved in creating Cohen’s testimony.

One of the major lines of questioning during Michael Cohen’s six hours of testimony Wednesday before the House Oversight Committee focused on his assertion that President Trump’s “personal lawyers reviewed and edited” a false statement he gave to Congress in 2017. Jay Sekulow, who serves as counsel to the president, responded to the testimony with a statement saying Cohen’s claim was not true.

“Today’s testimony by Michael Cohen that attorneys for the president edited or changed his statement to Congress to alter the duration of the Trump Tower Moscow negotiations is completely false,” Sekulow said.

According to NBC’s report, Sekulow, who is also a top attorney at the right-wing, christo-grifting dominionist outfit known as the American Center for Law & Justice, was identified as one of the individuals involved in editing Cohen’s 2017 testimony. Care to revise your previous statements, Jay?
